IBAM 22 is barely two weeks away! We are excited about a great conference at the beautiful Sheraton Resort at Lake Buena Vista in Orlando, October 9-11.
Registration is still open
Linda Hoffner with Frosch Travel is handling our registration, so if you have colleagues who’ve not registered yet, please provide them with Linda’s contact information so we can share the fun and academic experience.

We are happy to have Dr. Howard Fero and Dr. Rebecca Herman as our keynote speakers at the Friday awards luncheon. They’ll discuss their new book Lead Me Out to the Ballgame: Stories and Strategies to Develop Major League Leadership as it relates to our conference theme, “The Pursuit of New Knowledge”. Registered attendees will receive a complementary copy of the book.
Friday Night Excursion
There’s a wonderful excursion to Epcot planned for Friday night. The cost is in addition to your IBAM registration, so be sure to ask Linda about that if you’ve not already done so.
View the Conference Program
The conference program is ready to view at www.openconf.org/IBAM2014/
Select Full Program for a detailed list of the presentations. To review the abstract, just click on the title of the presentation. You will receive a hard copy of the full conference events when you check in at the registration desk. We have a terrific lineup of presenters in every category from Idea Incubators to Pipeline Papers to fully developed research papers ready for publication.
You’ll have opportunities to network with IBAM Bloggers, JBAM (Journal of Behavioral and Applied Management) Editors, and colleagues in your research areas.
We always have positions for service in IBAM as we are a completely volunteer organization, so be thinking about how you would like to be involved.
Pros on the Loose!
If your university or college has open faculty positions in our discipline, please bring those listings as we have a number of faculty in transition and students who are near the completion of their doctoral studies. IBAM is a great source of networking for those in the job market for bricks and mortar, practitioner, and online positions. Be sure to bring your business cards.
Okay, now put the finishing touches on your presentation, pack your bags, and get ready for a great conference! Can’t wait to see you and catch up!
